Positive thinking is the way for cheerfulness

Correct others by your example, and never by nagging criticism. If you make suggestions, keep them positive. Negativity only invites more negativity.

When presenting an idea, clarify it with examples. The less abstract your presentation, the better it will be understood, and the more readily accepted.

Eat for nourishment, primarily; only secondarily for pleasure. Draw energy from the food you eat by chewing it cheerfully, and with concentration.
